As a licensed attorney in Texas with over a decade of experience, Audrey specializes in developing effective prevention systems and survivor-centered response strategies tailored to each organization's unique needs.

Mary Herbst is the Vice President of Enterprise Risk and Compliance at the YMCA of the North, where she leads risk management for urban branches, childcare and camp sites. With over 20 years of crisis management experience, Mary has directed emergency response efforts for major companies such as Carlson, Best Buy and InComm. She specializes in facilitating crisis scenario tabletop exercises, identifying gaps in emergency plans and enhancing collaboration to strengthen response strategies.

In addition to helping teams ensure that their plans are up to date, Mary has also conducted realistic crisis scenario tabletop exercises that both identify gaps in current plans and to better prepare those who may not have responded to these types of incidents collaborate with others to gain insight into response strategies.
